With more than two decades of leadership experience, Susan Nelson serves as CEO, President, and co-owner of ATF Medical, where she drives the company’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and long-term growth. In her role, she oversees enterprise-wide performance, financial strength, and organizational development. She aligns teams, systems, and resources to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients, partners, and injured workers nationwide.

Susan brings deep expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis, and continues to champion a culture of accountability and innovation. She leads a high-performing, cross-functional organization that includes operations, accounting, sales support, and clinical service lines; ensuring scalable growth, strong internal controls, and the seamless integration of complex care solutions.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Miami in Coral Gables and completed postgraduate studies in London through Marymount University. Her early career began on the floor of Wall Street as a licensed broker with Shearson American Express, where she cultivated the analytical mindset and client-first approach that define her leadership today. That experience ultimately inspired her transition into the medical field. In 2001, Susan and her husband and partner, Sid Glover, launched ATF Medical, bringing their shared vision of high-quality healthcare solutions and disciplined, mission-driven stewardship to life.
